group coaching calls

Join our group coaching calls every Monday evening from 19:00-20:30 UK time.

Lauren will guide you through the theme of the week and there will be plenty of time for group discussion and Q&A.

Our live daily morning routine sessions featuring guided meditations, visualisation exercises and journalling prompts will begin on Tuesday 22nd October, running from 7:30-8:00am UK, Monday ~ Thursday every week.

WEEKLY WORKBOOKS

Each week, you will have access to a new editable workbook which will become your roadmap as you move through this journey.

You can complete these in your own time, but we encourage you to set aside at least an hour every week to work through if you can.

MOOD Community is a four week Transformative Coaching programme, designed to help you get to the next stage of your career and life by unlocking the next level of you.

It’s great to welcome you!

  • The theme of our first week is Visioning & Revealing, so you will be guided through a process to create a powerful vision for the life and career you actually want (not the version you think you should want.)

    Our first group coaching call is on Monday 21st October 19:00-20:30 UK time, which will be a great chance to come together as a community and get to know each other.

    Our first morning routine session will begin on Tuesday 22nd October, 7:30-8:00am UK time.

  • In the second week we take a deep dive into limiting beliefs and any subconscious blocks that may be holding you back.

    You will begin to explore your subconscious programming and we will look at tools and techniques to begin rewiring the brain through regular meditation.

    Join us on Wednesday 30th October for an additional live group coaching call and Q&A session. This will be an opportunity to bring any challenges or blocks you'd like to explore with some live coaching, and we will tune into the power of the community, leveraging the hive mind of the group for support.

  • In week 3, you will begin to align your action to your vision. This involves looking at your habits, routines and behaviours and how they are influencing your experience of life.

    We will also explore Core Influence, tuning into your inner voice so you can express yourself outwardly, by amplifying your voice and scaling yourself.

  • In our fourth and final week, we will reflect back on the journey so far and you'll have a chance to share your wins, successes and transformations.

    You will also design your blueprint for success to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be, so you can integrate your learnings and discoveries and move forwards with confidence and clarity into the next chapter.

    If you miss any of the live sessions, you can catch up with the recordings which you will be able to access here within 24 hours of each session.

  • Download Workbooks

    Your weekly workbooks will be available to download here after each coaching call on Monday evenings.

FAQs

  • We recommend bringing a pen and paper to the coaching calls and morning routines so you can make some notes as we go.

    Lauren may also provide some journalling prompts for self-enquiry to deepen your learnings and practice.

  • Attendance at the live calls is highly encouraged as there will be plenty of opportunity for group discussion, reflection and Q&A.

    However, we totally appreciate that you all have busy schedules so if you can't make all the calls live, you will be able to catch up with the recordings.

  • No absolutely not ~ all levels of experience are welcome! This course has been designed to meet you where you're at so come with an open mind, take what you need and go at your own pace.

  • We recommend setting aside an hour or two each week to work through your workbooks. Each week you will receive a new workbook (4 in total) that will act as a follow on from the course material we explore in the coaching calls.

    The workbooks are yours to keep so go at your own pace and feel free to return to the exercises as often or as little as you'd like.

  • You will be introduced to your accountability group after your first call. The MOOD Capsules are designed to provide extra support and accountability as you move through the process, it is so much easier to do this work when not alone.

    You will be responsible for managing the groups yourself so should agree your preferred method of communication between you and how often you'd like to connect but we'd suggest setting up a whatsapp group for ease where you can share your visions, updates on your progress and lean on each other for support whenever you need.
