a modern wellbeing platform and community, Where identity becomes reality.
Devote yourself to who you are becoming.
WELCOME TO MOOD
MOOD is a modern wellbeing and personal transformation platform for women who know they’re capable of more. We bring together psychology, consciousness, nervous system regulation, yoga and transformative practices to help you change the way you see yourself, feel within yourself and ultimately experience your life.
Through our community, meditations, coaching, retreats and transformative experiences, MOOD gives you the tools, practices, space and support to become the person you’re here to be.
Our mission is for all of our members to feel regulated, radiant and aligned to who they really are and what they’re here to create.
“Working with Mood has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my business. From the very start, Lauren created a supportive and calm space that made everything feel achievable rather than overwhelming. Her guidance has helped me take action with clarity and purpose focusing on the greater vision. Before I joined I was full of excitement and ideas, but financial fears and self-doubt held me back from taking action. I’ve seen real growth and expansion in my business, but beyond that, my self-belief has grown immensely, and I feel more capable than ever. ”

MEET THE FOUNDER
LAUREN PARMAR
A qualified Transformative Coach, Meditation & Yoga Teacher, Lauren has spent years exploring what creates meaningful, lasting change, not simply in what we do, but in how we see ourselves, regulate our emotions, relate to our experiences and ultimately move through the world.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: identity becomes reality. The way we see ourselves shapes what we believe is possible, the choices we make, the standards we hold and the lives we create. True transformation therefore isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It's about consciously becoming more of who you are.
Through MOOD, Lauren translates psychology, ancient wisdom and transformative practices into practical tools for modern life. Her work explores everything from self-concept and nervous system regulation to ambition, wellbeing, relationships, money and the deeper question of what it means to create a life that genuinely feels like your own.
Alongside building MOOD's growing community, Lauren works with ambitious founders, creatives and individuals through 1:1 transformation work, as well as teaching yoga, leading meditations, workshops, retreats and transformative, memorable experiences.
Her approach is both grounded and expansive: intellectually rigorous enough to create real insight, practical enough to create real change, and always centred around the person you are becoming.
